The following conditions apply to all present and future business relationships with CVC Cape Vine Company ( Germany and CVC Cape Vine Corporation CC (South Africa). For further information please see legal notice (Impressum) on this website. Please read  these terms carefully before using the Website and placing your order. By ordering products from the Website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2.Worldwide delivery
Before placing your order you have to click on the website “order now” if you wish delivery to (1) Germany,(2)EU-Countries,(3) South Africa or (4)“Rest of the world”.  A purchase order “ South Africa ” is a local business in South Africa operated by CVC Cape Vine Corporation CC, South Africa. All other orders are operated by CVC Cape Vine Company, Germany.  Your choice determines the delivery costs and currency applicable.

2. Contract conclusion
By ordering any merchandise offered by us on the internet via electronic channels, our customer bindingly declares himself willing to purchase the merchandise ordered. 
We immediately confirm the receipt of the order by forwarding a confirmation mail to our customer. This confirmation only serves the purpose to inform our customer about the receipt of the order. The confirmation of receipt does not represent a binding acceptance of the order. Acceptance can either be declared in writing or by delivering the merchandise to the customer.

3. Prices
The prices shown on the Website are stated in Euro €, except for South Africa stated in Rand, and exclude delivery charges. The prices indicated are prices per piece. VAT is included in the purchase price for Germany, EU-Countries and South Africa. Prices for the “Rest of the world” are excluding VAT. Prices are as listed at the time of order. 

4. Conditions of delivery and shipment

 The delivery method for stickers as a rule is postal service. The delivery rate is within

The delivery rate for T-shirts is indicated on the Website “Shirts”.

5. Conditions of payment
The preferred payment method is PayPal, worldwide and for all currencies accepted. However, payment by invoice is accepted as well. In case of this payment method, after receipt of the merchandise the customer is obliged to pay the invoice immediately without any discount.

6. Retention of title
We retain ownership of the merchandise until full payment of the purchase price has been made. 

7. Warranty
The legal warranty claims apply. 

We stronglyrecommend following the instruction while applying the Table Mountain Sticker.

8. Data protection /Privacy agreement
With your order, you agree that we store your data deriving from this business transaction, and transfer and process them within the scope of commercial necessities. The data provided will be handled in confidence and subsequent to the terms of prevailing data protection guidelines. 

9. Cancellation
The contract partner can revoke the declaration of contract within two weeks in written form (e.g. letter, fax, email) or by returning the item without giving reasons. The period begins upon receipt of this notification in written form (e.g. letter, fax, email), but not before receipt of the goods nor before we have fulfilled our obligations to provide information. We refer to the GTCT before sending the order.

10. FEEDBACK AND COMPLAINTS POLICY
We welcome any comments about our service, so that we can improve what we are doing. Our aim is to deal with any problems quickly and fairly. If you have reason to complain about our service, please call or email our Customer Services team stating clearly that you are making a complaint. Our aim is to respond to your complaint within seven (7) working days, either resolving the complaint, or with a timescale for resolution.
